tips for freezing your goods

we always bake our goods fresh, the same day we offer pick up and delivery; but, how can you prolong the life of your loaf? while we'd definitely recommend enjoying your baked goods same day, we understand you might not be able to consume an entire loaf in one sitting. here are some storage and freezing tips for your goods.

over the next few days

keep the bread tied in a bread bag. if you're working with a loaf or baguette, slice it when you receive it - your future self will thank you! when you want a slice, reheat it in the oven or toaster oven to get that nice n' crispy exterior. we also recommend enjoying with butter and flaky salt.

within the next couple weeks

if you expect to finish the bread within the next couple weeks, slice it, place it in an airtight bag - like a ziplock with the air sucked out of it to prevent freezer burn - and keep it in the freezer. when you're ready to make a sandwich or butter a piece for breakfast, just toast it up by the slice or by the bun and enjoy!

up to a few months

for long term bread storage, wrap your bread in a double layer of plastic wrap + aluminum foil, then place in an airtight ziplock bag to help prevent freezer burn.
