our items are pre-loved (yay, sustainable shopping!), carefully inspected and cleaned (by us!) + priced based accordingly. any major flaws are noted in the item description...let's face it, nobody's perfect!

because we are a small business, once an order is shipped we cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen packages

if your item(s) arrived damaged in transit, take a photo of the package + reach out to us immediately so we can make it right! we're unable to honor requests after 30 days of the delivery date.
